Featuring an easy-to-learn system with extensive replayability, this unique experience will provide hours of entertainment for 2-5 players ages 7 and up.
While exploring the haunted halls of Fogmoor Manor filled with magic, mystery, and wonder, players will look for clues, find helpful items, solve puzzles, and work together to vanquish fiendish foes.

First, an update on shipping to all backers
USA backers: most of you will start receiving your games this week, the rest will arrive next week. Check your emails for subject: Pop Fiction Games c/o Quartermaster Logistics.
Canada backers: you will start receiving your games some time next week.
UK/EU backers: many of you have already received your games, the rest should arrive by next week.
AUS/NZ backers: you should be pretty much all fulfilled!
Asia backers: Most of you have received your games, with some still pending (Singapore, Thailand, etc.)
We'll be featured in DT's Winter Spectacular tomorrow!
For those of you up early tomorrow, at 9am USA East Coast time, Dice Tower will be doing a one-hour Shivers live stream! Join Tom Vasel and his lovable crew as they creep and crawl their way through Fogmoor Manor, no doubt with much hilarity and shenanigans. SPOILER ALERT: they have already played the Tutorial episode off-camera, and will be live-streaming Episode A1: The Lost Kitten. If you're a budding Storyteller, you should watch guilt-free. But future players may want to rewatch the stream at a later time so as not to reveal any secrets.
Now that backers will all soon be receiving their games, and our new online store is up and running, here's a few things on our future plate:
- Care for your pop-ups video: how to take care of your new pop-up rooms, and assist with minor repairs in the event they become damaged. Look for this video in the next week or so, posted to our YouTube Channel (your source for videos of all things Shivery).
- Digital Downloads: we'll be sending an email from BackerKit to all backers, containing your digital download files (if you haven't already grabbed them off our website). These are the Stretch Goal blank templates to allow you to create your own Shivers episodes to play in our modular pop-up system! We can't wait to see what the community comes up with.
- Thoughts on next year: we have lots of plans and projects brewing for 2023, stay tuned to our email updates and our social media @TheShiversGame to keep up-to-date.

North America backers: your games are shipping!
Great news for backers in the USA, as of today your games are starting to ship out from Quartermaster's warehouse in Florida, and most of you should have them in about a week! Expect an email with a tracking number from them soon.
Backers in Canada will be about 7-10 days later due to the need to freight a shipment up across the border.
We truly hope you enjoy your games over the holidays, and that your patience is rewarded. Personally, it's been a very tough mountain to climb for us (and you've been there with us every step of the way), but we're completely elated to finally be fulfilling our Kickstarter promise. Tonight we get to crack open that fancy bottle of wine we've been saving :)
As you start to receive your games, if any of you receive a damaged or incorrect order, Quartermaster Logistics has provided a link for you to fill out a Customer Service Form, and they will work with you to resolve the issue.
EU / UK backers: ShipQuest, the shipping partner handling your region, is still working through shipping out your orders. Expect them within the next week or so.

The Shivers online store is now open!
Many of you have messaged us about extra copies for your friends and family in time for the holidays, and now's your chance! Our new website features a complete online store where you can buy the Core game, expansions, and all those must-have accessories to enhance your spooky gameplay experience.
According to Quartermaster, if you place an order this week you should receive it before Christmas. Orders placed after this week might not arrive before December 25th.
IMPORTANT NOTE TO ALL BACKERS: your backer orders will be sent out BEFORE any new orders are shipped, as your Kickstarter shipment takes top priority. Also note that we're NOT selling the exclusive Deluxe game, which most of you backed on Kickstarter.

Dearest members of the Shivers family,
Thank you all so much for your patience. We’re excited to share that the long wait is (almost) over! We've gotten news that the North American main shipment will be arriving in Quartermaster's Florida warehouse this Friday, and the UK/EU shipment has arrived at the ShipQuest warehouse this week. Huzzah! See below for important updates for your specific region:
USA backers: your game's ETA: early/mid December
Quartermaster will be sending you a final Address Verification Email THIS FRIDAY, so please keep an eye on your inbox for anything from Quartermaster Logistics. Then you'll be getting your games very shortly after!
Canada backers: your game's ETA: mid/late December
Once they have separated out the USA shipment, Quartermaster will be sending a freight shipment up to a distribution center in Canada, then your games should be mailed out from there. This extra process will be adding roughly another week to the timeline, so look for your games around mid/late-December. Quartermaster will be sending you a final Address Verification Email THIS FRIDAY, so please keep an eye on your inbox for anything from Quartermaster Logistics.
UK / EU backers: your game's ETA: mid December
ShipQuest has now received all games in their warehouse in the UK, so shipments to backers should start happening around early/mid-December. They won't be sending out an address verification email, so if your shipping address has changed please notify us immediately by emailing [email protected] this week.
AU/NZ backers: your games have been delivered!
Pretty much everyone in your region has received their games, so all good. We're in touch with a couple folks who are still awaiting their delivery.
Asia backers: almost all of your games have been delivered!
Because the Asia region is fragmented with many countries and delivery methods, most backers here have gotten their games, but a few are are still waiting. They should all be fulfilled within the next couple weeks.
Important news about PAX Unplugged
We really hope to see you at PAX Unplugged, we'll be at Pop Fiction Games booth #3815! In the tradition of full transparency and keeping you informed every step of the way, please know that our current plan is to sell only the Core game (not the Deluxe game) at the show for a few reasons:
Our goal was to have games in your hands much earlier in the year, which is precisely why we booked our booth, hotel, travel, and more for PAX Unplugged. But this did not stop us from being hit with several months of manufacturing and shipping delays that were out of our control, and now we are faced with either not selling games and losing money, or selling games that provide us funds so we can continue making games. It's an awkward situation to be in, and one I'm sure you've heard from other publishers.
With all that being said, we absolutely understand this can still be frustrating to backers who've been with us from the very beginning. We have confirmed with our fulfillment partner that US shipping will be occurring in early December, so the game will be in your hands shortly after the event. We hope to keep your support and that you understand how hard of a choice this was for us.
Please feel free to come by the booth to see the game in person and chat. This will be our first show with a published game, and we truly want to hear your thoughts on the final product!

The Aussies and Kiwis get theirs first!
According to Aetherworks, fulfillment to nearly all Australian/New Zealand backers is just about finished. We've got a lot of excited folks down under who have been rewarded for their legendary patience and positive attitudes. Good on ya, mate!
We've also heard other backers in the Asia region have received their games as well. One thoughtful chap in that region even wrote this nice first review on BGG. But the rest of us be like:
Boats, why you so slow?
North American backers: the boat has been sitting idle off Houston for a couple weeks. Why? We don't know, but assume it's port congestion. We just have to play the waiting game in hoping it eventually lands in Florida in another week or two, and then gets hauled over to Quartermaster's warehouse. If you'd like to join in this frustrating excercise, visit VesselFinder and type in the boat name, MSC VANESSA. Stare at the pixelated colored dot onscreen, and send telepathic messages to its captain: MOVE, JUST MOVE!
UK/EU backers: Your boat is very close as well, possibly docking at this very moment. It's name is AL DAHNA EXPRESS. ShipQuest will be sending you address verification emails soon.
Tiny Pins hiding in bubble wrap
For those who have Shivers enamel pins in their orders, search your bubble wrap carefully, we've heard the tiny pin bags can sometimes get lost in the protective shipping material.

You can watch tutorials and reviews, order additional accessories and expansions on our Shopify store, listen to our curated Spotify playlist during your games, and more!
Get your digital download stretch goals now!
If you visit the Learn & Discover section of our new website, you'll see an area for Downloads. Here you can get the PDF templates for blank Story Cards and Episode Guides, everything you'll need to start creating your own adventures for The Shivers!
These are blank template files, which you can either print out and hand-draw artwork and lettering, or import them into your favorite graphic software for a more advanced method of creative expression. Those of you who ordered the StoryCrafter's Pack add-on may also be tempted to try your hand at your own pop-up using our blank pop-up room. But whatever you do, please make sure to share it with us on social media! We're @TheShiversGame on most platforms (except that one we shall not name...)
You'll also see full versions of our Instructions Manual and Storyteller's Companion, for some light reading while your games are en route.
